All members are expected to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. We reserve the right to review reported activity and take appropriate action when conduct violates our policies, threatens member safety, or may violate applicable law.

Who Is She – A Man’s Dream is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Members are required to provide their date of birth during registration and confirm that they satisfy the minimum age requirement. Accounts believed to belong to minors, or accounts containing false age information, may be suspended or permanently removed.

We value the privacy of our members and handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We do not sell member personal information.

Members should use caution when sharing personal details, contact information, photographs, financial information, or other sensitive information with another person. Members are responsible for deciding what information they voluntarily share after making a connection.

We work to promote a safer community by reviewing reported profiles, content, and behavior that may violate our policies.

Members are encouraged to report suspected:

• Fraud, scams, or financial solicitation 
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or coercion 
• Impersonation, catfishing, or false identity information 
• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation 
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse 
• Non-consensual intimate or sexual content 
• Sexual violence or threats of sexual violence 
• Illegal activity or solicitation of illegal activity 
• Abusive, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited conduct

 Members agree to use Who Is She – A Man’s Dream respectfully, honestly, and lawfully.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Members may not upload, request, distribute, promote, possess, facilitate, or otherwise engage with child sexual abuse material or any content involving the sexual exploitation, grooming, enticement, or abuse of a minor.

Any suspected child exploitation or abuse will be treated as an urgent safety matter. Associated accounts may be immediately suspended or permanently removed, and information may be preserved or reported when required by applicable law.

Members may not recruit, advertise, solicit, facilitate, promote, assist, encourage, or participate in human trafficking, sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, forced labor, or any related abusive conduct.

Members may not aid, abet, enable, conceal, or encourage another person to engage in trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

Members may not upload, distribute, threaten to distribute, request, or share intimate or sexual photographs, recordings, or other content without the clear consent of every person depicted.

This prohibition includes revenge pornography, secretly recorded intimate content, manipulated intimate imagery, sexual extortion, blackmail, and threats to expose private material.

Members may not promote, threaten, encourage, facilitate, or engage in sexual assault, sexual violence,  

coercion, stalking, intimidation, exploitation, or abuse.

Consent must be voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

Members may not:

• Pretend to be another person 
• Create a profile for someone else without authorization 
• Use another person’s photographs without permission 
• Falsely represent their identity, age, intentions, or relationship status 
• Mislead others for financial, sexual, criminal, or abusive purposes 

Members may not use the platform to commit fraud, request money under false pretenses, conduct scams, obtain financial information improperly, promote deceptive investments, or exploit another member financially.

Members may not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, intimidate, shame, blackmail, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked them to stop.

Members may not use the platform to plan, promote, solicit, encourage, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity.

This includes aiding, abetting, concealing, or encouraging another person’s illegal or abusive conduct.

Members who observe suspicious, unsafe, unlawful, or policy-violating activity may submit a report by emailing:

Reports should include, when available:

• The reported member’s name or profile information 
• A description of the conduct 
• Relevant dates or approximate times 
• Screenshots or other supporting information 
• Any immediate safety concerns 

Members should not place themselves in danger while collecting information.

For emergencies or an immediate threat of harm, members should contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Reported profiles, content, and conduct are reviewed by platform administration using the information reasonably available.

Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, we may:

• Request additional information 
• Restrict or suspend account access 
• Remove prohibited content 
• Permanently terminate an account 
• Preserve relevant account records 
• Refer a matter to the appropriate authorities when required 
• Take other reasonable action to protect members and the platform 

Severe or credible safety violations may result in immediate account suspension while the matter is reviewed.

We do not guarantee that every report will produce a particular outcome. Enforcement decisions are based on the available information, applicable policies, and legal obligations.

A member who believes that an account suspension, content removal, or termination was made in error may request a review by contacting:

The appeal should include:

• The member’s name and account email 
• A description of the enforcement action 
• The reason the member believes the decision was incorrect 
• Any relevant supporting information 

Appeals are reviewed individually. If the original decision is confirmed, it will remain in effect. If an error is identified, appropriate corrective action may be taken, including restoring account access when warranted.

Who Is She – A Man’s Dream responds to valid and lawful requests from authorized law-enforcement agencies and government authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Requests involving member information should be submitted through an official government or law-enforcement email address and should clearly identify:

• The requesting agency and officer 
• Official contact information 
• The legal authority supporting the request 
• The account or information being requested 
• The relevant date range 
• Any applicable deadline 

We may require a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, preservation request, or other legally sufficient process before disclosing member information, unless an emergency disclosure is permitted or required by law.

We review legal requests to confirm their authenticity, scope, and legal sufficiency. When appropriate, we may preserve relevant records while a valid legal process is pending.

We disclose only the information reasonably required by the valid legal request and may object to requests that are overly broad, unclear, unauthorized, or legally insufficient. 

Emergency requests involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm will be reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible. The requesting authority must explain the emergency and provide sufficient information for us to evaluate the request.

Nothing in this policy prevents us from preserving information, reporting suspected unlawful conduct, or cooperating with authorities when required or permitted by applicable law.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed for violations of this policy, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.

Serious violations—including trafficking, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, credible threats, fraud, or impersonation—may result in immediate permanent removal.

Members whose accounts are terminated for policy violations are not entitled to a refund except where required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy, Safety & Legal Policy as our platform, safety practices, legal obligations, and business operations evolve.

Material updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
