Membership purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds, account credits, or exchanges for membership fees after a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period or restore previously charged membership fees.
